ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.   SORRY, NO PETS.

*PAYMENT*  Balance due in full at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card.
Check-in AFTER 3 pm / Check-out BEFORE 11 am
Rates do not include sales and tourism taxes or gratuities.  1/3 total rental is required to confirm each reservation.
3 day stay, full payment required.

*RATES* All Published rates are subject to change without notice.  Personal checks are accepted only for deposits if received two weeks prior to arrival date.  Reservations are held for one week only unless a deposit is received. Your confirmed reservation is held until 6 pm unless notified of later arrival time. Add $20 per room per night for conventions.

*CANCELLATIONS* A deposit is refundable if we are notified four weeks prior to arrival date subject subject to a 25% service charge. Deposit may not be applied to the next season and is not transferable.  There are no refunds on early
check-outs or no-shows.

*PARKING* There is space for only one car per unit.  No bikes allowed in units (or ridden on premises). Guests who
invite visitors to spend the day or night or use the facilities must request and register at the office, and will be charged
as an extra person(s).
